Conceptualized and implement and executed SLOT Franchising which increased the organization’s turnover from 18% to over 62% between 2010 to 2012 - This was achieved by understanding consumer and shopper behavior, franchise partner value chain and experience strategies to develop effective sell in material and create mutually beneficial sell out marketing campaigns and incremental channel commitment
Increased number of retail stores from Five (5)stores to twenty seven (26) stores. Between September 2009 to November 2012 - This was achieved by understanding and applying consumer insight to business processes, guiding activities to begin and end with the consumer in mind. Is on the pulse of both short and long –term consumer needs and behaviors, enabling identification of new business opportunities. Transforms consumer insight usage from formalized, periodic and geographically limited scope towards embedded, 24/7, solution-centered business usage.
Rebranded the five existing retail stores to conform to newly adopted standard - This was achieved by channeling all elements of marketing towards consumer focus which I believed is the life-wire that drives the wheel of branding.
Created structures which today stand as template in all segments of operations - This was achieved by establishing strong relationships and collaborative effectively with colleagues, partners and customer. Builds wide and useful networks of contacts inside and outside the organization. Manages conflict and relates well to people at all levels, purposely seeking contacts and maintain a dialogue with key parties. Works closely with solution marketing managers in the execution.
Increase market share from 4% to 9% between 2010 to 2012 - This was achieved by my ability to plan, execute and deploy integrated marketing activities to achieve strategic objectives. Applies marketing knowledge, critical thinking and business insight to integrate and optimize all element of the marketing mix. Uses a variety of communication vehicle to convey a consistent message across segments, categories and channels to achieve growth, profit and brand loyalty.
Delivered successful joint promotions and retail branding visibility for NOKIA, SAMSUNG, BLACKBERRY, LG, TECNO on Focus models which increased sales volume.
Applies business insight to marketing decision to deliver clear measurable brand business metric that delivers an optimal return on marketing investment. I also developed and implement short and long term marketing plan that supports business targets.
