3.Supervision of mooring, rigging/Lifting and anchor running operations, as well supervision of, construction and repairs of anchor buoy, anchor wire socket, proof-load testand hydro & pneumatic test activities on Vessel

4.Toolbox meeting administration, organizing of HSE weekly and monthly meetings, reports and conduct HSE induction & OE-IIF training for on-signers personnel.

5.Evaluate and analyze hazards and adopt preventive measures with knowledge of hazards, safety assessment methods and physical, chemical, biological and behavioral safety

6.Prepare HSE procedure and monitoringof platform modification construction projects, and give advice to meet and accomplish safety requirements

7.Ensuring Adherence to PTW administration and complementary certificates such as hot work permit, electrical work, LOTO, confined space, and crane lifting operations.
