Process mobilization and demobilization plan
Prepare craft requisition form (CRF) for crafts needed on site
Give information about the plan to the various department and local contractors (LCC).
Conduct credentials verification of employees and produce variation reports for user departments.
Shortlist and request for interview/evaluation of candidates.
Process the routine recruitment of workers.
Request induction and mobilization for successful candidate to site.
Process the routine demobilization of workers.
Keep record of the total manpower and the different craft of the company.
Coordinate, compile and document staff for On the Job Training (OJT).
Prepare monthly personnel report (NC Personnel Report).
Stand promptly to the complains of the workers and local contractors (LCC) on site.
Asist the Admin Manager in day to day administration and general matters pertaining to the company
Creating and maintaining database
Teach business studies (JSS 2A to D)
