1.Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
2.Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director;
3.Taking dictation and minutes;

6.Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;

1.Develop and implement effective programme, to ensure compliance of safety regulation.
2.Coordinate frequent inspections and report all hazards and breaches of statutory requirement to management.
3. Maintain the incident reporting system, when necessary that will assist with the investigation and reporting.
4 Assist line management to carry out their responsibilities for all aspect of health and safety.
5. Coaches and train new and existing employees for full compliance with health and safety regulations.
