Manage Distributors to achieve set sales volume targets on all brands and SKUs
Identify, Develop and Discuss new business opportunities with Distributors in order to further enhance distributor Growth, Performance and Development
Work with Distributors and Van Sales Men to ensure adequate availability of all Brands and SKUs for onward supply to retail outlets to achieve 100% distribution in assigned sales area.
Ensure achievement of the various Brands’ Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Pricing, Promotion and Persuasion (Sales Drivers) in all retail outlets in the area.
Activate Trade/Consumer promotions and other schemes as briefed by Customer Marketing / Brand team.
Survey the business environment for opportunities and develop strategies to harness the opportunities available in the sales area or the industry.
Provide Market Intelligence on competition activities and initiate tactical schemes to counter competition in assigned sales area.
Provide timely and regular reports on sales performance and other trade activities
Conducted a totall of 122 audits in lagos state
educated tax payers and potential tax payers on reason to pay taxes
