Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
§Planning & Control of Sales & Marketing Activities.
§Development of product marketing strategies, marketing budget (advertising, publicity and sales promo) and defining guidelines to put the plans into action.
§Formulation & Interpretation of sales/marketing policies
§Manage and coordinate the sales/marketing team
§Profitably market/sell the company’s products
§Monitoring of overall company performance
§Coordinate market and price intelligence activities
§Draft, prepare and dispatch business letters & proposal
§Follow-up on sales activities
§Manage after sales support service
§Preparation of timely and concise report
§Inspect/Evaluate projects and prepare, present and defend quotation
§General administration and management of the company in relation to its overall business activities
§Regularly review staff performance and report/treat findings accordingly
§Manage the workplace including tardiness, dressing, relationships etc.
§Manage information flow within the workplace (using memos & notice board)
§Ensure adherence to the company’s code of conduct and staff manual provisions
§Ensure proper management of workers
§Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met.
§Interface with other business functions to ensure the execution of integrated business decisions.
§Regularly review staff’s performance and report/treat findings accordingly
§Manage information flow within the workplace (using memos/notice board)
§ Good communication skills.
§ Excellent analytical skills and result-oriented.
§ Have a competitive attitude and can thrive under pressure.
§ Well organized, eager to learn and pro-active.
§ Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications Software.
§ Speaks English, Igbo and Yoruba Languages fluently.
§ Holds a class E driver’s license.
