3.Logging in customer's complaints to third-party resolution (Portal)
4.Customer Services and Enquiries.
5.Sales and Marketing of company's products and services/ Phone Replacement
6.Complaints Resolution to customer’s complaints and queries
7.Listens, understands and resolves customers' queries, both for walk-in and telephone customers
8.Introduction of new products/services to our customers, and making sure they understand its advantages over other products/services offered by competitors.
9.Giving information and directives to walk-in/telephony customers on our coverage and CSB locations nationwide for the overall growth of multi-links.
10.Configuration of internet modems and phones/ Trouble Shooting
11.Compiles the branches staff attendance and sends it to appropriate quarters monthly.
12.Carry out all other delegated duties as directed.
13.Preparation of Daily/ Weekly and Monthly CSMO report
14.CSB stock keeping
15.Every day before and after sales stock/cash reconciliation with APS store keeper (high accountability level)
