  • Efficiently implement banking policies and procedures.
  • Fellow-up on relevant bank personnel to ensure prompt delivery of bank statements.
  • Proactively call over transaction to ensure accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and isolate unidentified and problematic payments.
  • Rectify identified payment discrepancies by prompt and accuracy adjustment of customer accounts.
  • Identify cleared / returned cheques and adopt / reverse payments in customer account.

  • Maintain compliances with the necessary controls in the processing of credit and debit notes.
  • Prepare final Status reports for terminated accounts.
  • Handling of internal customer’s phone billing account (MTN staff Billing).
