Mr Okpan, is a versatile professional. He graduated from the University of Port Harcourt with a B.Sc (Hons) in Finance and Banking. He also holds an Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies and a University of Port Harcourt Diploma in Computer Operations; besides a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Public Administration from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. He started his career in 1988 with Oguta Lake Motels, in Imo State, as an Accounts Clerk/Payroll Officer and later joined the defunct Standard Trust Bank as Office Administrator in the year 2000 where he rose to the rank of Personal Assistant to the Managing Executive. He moved to Bank PHB in the year 2006 and in 2010 he was converted Resource Intermediaries Limited and seconded to Keystone Bank Limited where he acted in the capacity of Senior Secretary, Regional Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to the General Manager South Directorate. He is currently the Administrative and Accounts Manager at Victoria Global Gardens in Port Harcourt. He has over 12 years career in the Banking sector and has acquired broad experiences in General office administration/fleet and facility management and control, banking operations, marketing.
