NYCS is an Agency under Ministry of Youth, Sports and National Service set up by Namibian Government to create an environment under which young entrepreneurs can be empowered economically to contribute to the country's Socio-Economic Development through provision of basic business training and granting of credit (medium Loan) for the Youths to allow young people to start and expand their businesses. The Agency (NYCS) is co-funded by three partners: Government of Namibia through the (1). Ministry of Youth, Sport and National Service, (2). Social Security Commission and (3). The Commonwealth Youth Programme Africa Centre.
