*Responsible for supervising the Credit Analysts/Implementing Agencies/Youth Officers within the Namibia Youth Credit Scheme (14 Regions): Disbursement of Empowerment Loan Fund. *Assists, coaches, and trains Credit Analysts and Implementing Agencies/Youth Officers in evaluating the financial history and financial statements of credit applicants with a focus toward assessing creditworthiness: Capacity and capability building/Training services. * Evaluates financial strength, adequacy of cash flow, calculate all related ratios, identify the probability of full repayment, and whether collateral or a guarantor is needed to adequately secure the loan: Evaluation, monitoring and reporting. *Assists in the preparation by completing credit analysis and credit memorandums of all larger or more complex loan requests for presentation to the Management Advisory Board and Lead Agency: Consultancies, studies and technical assistance. *Responsible for any special projects that may be assigned by the National Scheme Coordinator. *Participates in job specific training and other various microfinance bank training programs as required. *Other duties as assigned: Management of Animate and Inanimate Resources.

*Assist the sales/marketing leaders to implement sales and marketing strategies.
*Evaluating customer specification requirements in order to prepare plant quotations.
*Ensure a high level of hands on ability to deliver superior products and services.

*Developing a very strong market presence with middlemen/team development.
*Provide the management with all relevant information and recommendations needed to allow management to make informed policy decision.
*Develops/ Implements Strategic Sales/ Marketing Plan to achieve business objectives.
*Initiates sales, pricing and credit policies to ensure that the company’s product compete favourably in the market.
*Setting and reviewing sales/ marketing target performance standards.
*Direct marketing channel development activity and coordinating distribution by establishing territories, quota and goals.
*Prepares annual sales and growth target for company’s products.
*Building and maintains excellent relationship with the network of product distributors.
*Interfacing with warehouse, logistics and production head to ensure that sales orders are serviced promptly.
*Overseeing marketing intelligence and research plans on the performance of company’s products.
*Co-ordinates sales/marketing team training and career development.
*Prepares sales/ marketing performance reports to execute management for decision making.
*Monitors and reports on market trends and movements.
Customer attraction/ retention and ensures company’s target.
*Documentation and delivering of customer’s orders.
*Negotiate prices, credit terms and sales contracts.
*Develops lists of target accounts through the use of sales leads, networking, customer referrals, business directories, newspapers and websites.
*Controls Inventory of stocks.
*Prepares Reports for the Company.
*Stimulates interest in and support of the company’s products among the potential customers.
*Gather continuous information on the sold products performance, attitude and new problems cum opportunities.
*Liaison with Advertising and Merchandising Agencies to develop copy, programs and campaigns for company’s clients.
*Coordinating the sourcing, collecting and analysing of current market survey (trends/movement) with the intension of appraising the objectives and strategies work program for action.
*Collects taxes and rates; issues receipts.
*Enforcement exercise being undertaken.
*Writes feasibility studies on viable business ventures for the state.
*Attends trade fairs and exhibitions shows.
*Series of documentation.
*Any other assignments given.
*Prepares reports for the Area Commercial Officer.
