Senior Presales Consultant, SAP Iran Would you like to be part of a start-up business within a leading multi-national technology organization? As reported in the press, nuclear related sanctions imposed by UN, US and EU to enter Iran’s market are in the process of being lifted. This represents a significant opportunity towards the opening of a brand new and promising market for SAP. In order to prepare for the Iran Market entry upon removal of all sanctions, we need entrepreneurs who can bring SAP knowledge and culture to the local Iranian market. Senior Presales Consultant, SAP Iran SAP plays a key role as the world accelerates its digital transformation - join our Presales team and lead the change. The Senior Presales Consultant possesses advanced/expert level knowledge of SAP and partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the account team. This involves close customer interaction through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. The Primary role of the Presales Senior Specialist during an active sales cycle is to gain acceptance from the customer that SAP solutions can solve the customer’s problem and are the right choice over the other competitive offerings. In addition to deal support, a Senior Presales Consultant collaborates with sales and IVE teams to plan and execute business development strategies through the use of Design Thinking tools and techniques. As SAP is a new entrant to the Iran market, this role is key in establishing flagship customers. To be successful in this role you will need a high energy and fast-paced approach. You have at least five years’ experience of presenting SAP solutions to customers. Expert knowledge of a diverse, cross-industry set of SAP’s solutions is a prerequisite; preferably with experience of, and insight into the Oil & Gas, Discrete and/or Financial Services industry in Iran. You have demonstrated expertise on end-to-end processes/solution matching and possess excellent presentation and communication skills in Farsi and English. Being first based out of Dubai, the role will then relocate to an office to be established in Iran after the full embargo lift. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to make an impact in a brand new market.
