Responsibilities not limited to the following:
o Preparation and monitoring of Administrative budget performance
o Risk assessment and appraising project and recommendation of source of fund
o Coordinating other revenue generating initiatives and existing merchandising agreements.
o Developing and managing business processes in non-construction areas
o Facilitating LC placement with both local and foreign banks.
o Evaluating office procedures, policies and compliance
o Relationship Management and account settlement with our local and foreign banks
o Relationship management with the company’s local and foreign clients.
o Evaluation of company’s tax and remittance.
o Liaising with the bank on bank interest negotiation
o General administrative duties, personnel matters and maintenance of company assets.
o Reconciling and preparation of necessary accounts on day to day activity.
o Assisting in providing solutions to customers’ problems.
o Reviewing staff’s performance
o Setting and controlling departmental budget
o Coordinating activities of FX dealers.
o Relationship Management of key accounts.
o Preparation of day to day activities reports for the Management
o Budget planning, control and execution.
o Involved in taking necessary investment decisions and evaluation of investment policies.
o Asset Management and preparation of financial reports for the Management.
o Evaluation of company’s operations in compliance with government BDC policies.
o Managing clients’ insurance policies.
o Assisting clients on Investment decisions when and where necessary.
o Relationship management with the clients
o Developing sales expansion system for the team. Setting target and achieving it.
o Fixing of contract prices
o Analysing changing in the market price of items
o Carrying out physical inspection of goods supplied
o Carrying out market survey to determine contract price before it is awarded.
o Documentation of LPOs and GRNs.
o Reconciliation of stocks balances.
o Professional Relationship with the suppliers
