  • Built partner capacities in monitoring and evaluation, identification of projects, project design and development, Project cycle management, Strategic Project Management, Effective partnerships, Human Resource Management, Service delivery, Partnering/External relations, Finance Management, and Sustainability
  • I conducted technical and organizational needs assessment for 4 partner organizations and designed/prepared/delivered appropriate tailor made trainings for partner organizations.
