- Brands,competition and price bench marking to ensure correct product mix,prices and practices to gain co petitive hedge over competition.
- Management of after sales complaints from various outlets
- Training, development and recruitment of staff for the various showrooms.
Initiating institutional ties ups to improve top line sales and giving supports to showrooms for institutional sales.
