· Advice Management On Human Resources And Strategic Hr Implementation In Accordance With Existing Labour Laws
· Recruitment, Selection & Placement Of Candidates For Identified Vacant Positions
· Drafting And Issuing Of Employment Letters
· Conduct Post Employment Processes e.g. Reference/Guarantor/Background Checks, Issuance Of Staff Id Card And Contract Lines As It Applies, Providing Work Tools For New Employees Etc
· Carry Out Performance Appraisal Exercise
· Maintain Proper Filing Of Staff Records & Documentation
· Advice Management On Areas That Staff Members Need Training On
· Prepare Paper Work For Staff Members As It Applies To Their Request In Accordance To The Policy Of The Company.
· Liaise With Directors / Managers To Identify & Resolve Their Administrative Needs
· Co-Ordinate All Staff To Ensure They Carry Out Duties As Assigned To Them
· Monitoring Of Office Supplies So As To Eliminate Mismanagement Usage
· Negotiate With Supply Vendors/Artisans
· Filling And Other Administrative / Protocol Duties As May Be Assigned
