Follow up and ensuring correspondences between business personnel and developers.
Youth Service (NYSC) Business Process Application Development, Administration & User/Server Support
Business Process Application Development and Administration.
Providing 1st and 2nd level support to over 5,000 end users for application and operating systems issues. Handling 40+ technical/critical calls and emails daily and consistently meeting high service standards. Responsibilities:
Business Process Automation using IBM’s Domino Suite 8+. Developing and deploying web-based workflow applications including, but not limited to, staff performance appraisal, leave handling, equipment tracking and e-product requisition applications. Currently reviewing our business process applications to meet current user needs and server resource optimization.
Administration and implementation of rules and access controls for users of workflow applications.
