taking records of items coming in and going out, every item must have a file/store card.
as a store keeper i go to the bar daily to take stock, and i also go to the kitchen to take stock. after taking the stock, i will collect their dockets, or check their analysis book with my own counting to know if there is any shortage. in order for the organization not to loose.
so, after crosschecking, if there is any shortage, they will be responsible for it.
before i issue out any item, they must request for it by writing it in a requisition form.
and as a store keeper, i will always work with the accountant and the manager, to give them report, and i will make sure that the items are always ready, and i will make sure i go to the bar and kitchen to give them what they need daily.
