1)supervise and Monitor all the activities of members of the secondary sale force. (SSF)
2)Coordinate sales activities of the SSF.
3)Organise periodic meetings with SSF to discuss their challenges, pass on information and discuss how to help distributor grow the business.
4)Ensure proper coverage of the territory assigned to distributor.
5)Collate weekly reports and then monthly reports of the SSF.
6)Monitor invoicing of goods to the SSF as monitor their payment and do account reconciliation with distributor
7)To ensure that product are Available, Visible and Accessible in every outlet within the distributor territory.
8)Ensure that the selling prices are maintained.
