Supervise and monitor the entire chain of bakery operations including raw materials requisition, handling and production processes
Ensure cleanliness of the factory and compliance to the hygiene standard of the company as relate to material handling, mixing, baking, packaging and dispatch.
Reduce production losses due to un-compliance to procedures and wastages to the bearest minimum
Supervise other bakery aspect like dispatching, record keeping and accounting.
Ensure 100% compliance with bakery production schedule and report on actualization of the schedule
Ensure all bakery equipment are kept in good condition and cleaned daily
Analysis of raw and finish product, supervision of packers
