Achievement: Customer turnover increased from 5% to 10% in 2007 at Itire branch, 2% to 8% at Mushin branch in 2008, 5% to 8% at Aguda branch. Today customers turnover rate overall ( sum total of the three branches) is put at 10% during the peak period.
