Ensure systems are provide across the departments and are in good working condition.
Ensure that systems related queries escalated in the departments are resolved.
Liaise with information System department on behalf of Customer Relations department on system and application related issues.
Provide update on new development on systems and applications.
Provide weekly and month reports on systems and applications activities (upgrades, new applications and change in business policies).
