 Monitoring and reporting on status of Network Infrastructure, hardware and software.

 Undertaking site visits to resolve persistent or high impact problems.

 Performs shift duty management and ensures smooth Help Desk operations during the shift.

 Rendering of Technical Support to all our client via phone while ensuring service levels are met.

 Vsat site survey for KU and C-Band, Antenna pointing, Modem configuration and Remote site BER correction.

 Coordinating Vsat Installation and site supports, and forwarding reports to NETWORK MANAGER.
