- Providing field support services to our numerous Clients including over 50% of Nigerian Banks
- Set up of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for customers’ database management in over 50% of Banks nationwide.
- Installation and support of Cheque printing MICR machines and third party softwares for the driving and the operation of the machines for banks and micro finance institutions.
- Supervising and training of new Field Service Engineers.
- Representing the company in bid meetings and service assessment calls in any of the banks we service.
- Site inspection prior to inverter installations.
- Reprogramming of inverter firmware.
