Customer Care Representative (Call Center Unit)
- Responsible for picking calls of various customers. Attending to their requests and challenges, also booking different flight itinerary for both international and domestic.
- Chat online with various customers that are unable to reach the call centre department and also meet with their requests and challenges. Also assist with any ticket challenges and holiday packages to various countries in the world.
Ticketing & Reservation Unit
- Assist with issuing customers tickets to different destination on preferred airline using appropriate issuing codes.
- Assist with splitting of passenger from a group PNR or Reference Number without any challenge.
- Assist in checking for different airline fare rules and date change rules/penalty
