  • Monitor all bulk base oil, LPG, additives and packaging materials receipt for compliance to specification, material and waybill reconciliation and documentation
  • Collaborate with S&D, clearing agents and government agencies until packed and bulk shipments are physically delivered, off loaded and reconciled
  • Maintain daily inventory report for material usage and receipt in custody
  • Enforce strict compliance with the warehouse, SSH&E procedures and documentations

  • Ensure quality inspections are done periodically on packaging materials and additives
  • Engage actively in monthly cycle count and reconcile all material variance accordingly
  • Monitor the Integrity, testing, certificate of analysis from laboratory QA for all storage materials and finished products in the warehouse. 10)Ensure high level housekeeping, maintenance of warehouse equipment and facility work around
  • Ensure periodic training and retraining for all warehouse personnel on changes in SSH and E and tank farm operation procedures
  • Engage in loss investigations, IQI/ EQI cases, quality, safety and periodic material master update
  • Ensure continuous improvement on the quality of risk assessment development, loss prevention observation (LPO), near miss reporting, safety suggestion and tool box meetings in the warehouse and other locations in the terminal
