During the typical job interview, you'll be asked a lot of questions. But do you really understand what the interviewer needs to know? Have you ever wondered what goes through the hiring manager’s head when you’re being interviewed? What exactly can you say that will increase your chances of receiving a job offer?
There are a lot of things you shouldn't say during the interview, but there are also some phrases that will definitely increase your chances of landing a job. Here are 3 of them, so try to insert them into your interview (and mean it).
“I’m very excited about working here.”
An excited candidate is one who won’t take the job for granted. “Excited” says, “I really want the job and will do my best when I get it.”

Often, when choosing between candidates it comes down to how excited the candidate was about working at the company. But before you show how excited you are about working there - don't forget to do your research. No one is ever going to believe that you really want to work for the company you know nothing about. Also, research products and people. Learn as much as possible about a person who you are going to work for and the one who's going to interview you for the job. Don't be afraid to show that you really want this job, but don't be weeny or say how much you NEED the job. Excitement is good, but neediness can throw you off.
