1. SAUSAGE AND CHEESE EGG WRAP

These savory scrambled egg whites, sausage crumbles, and melted cheese wrapped up in a homestyle tortilla will make you want jump out of bed. What you need:
- 1 tortilla
- 1 pre-cooked sausage, chopped
- 1-2 eggs (or egg whites)
- 1 slice cheese
- A couple tablespoons of milk
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk and salt and pepper to taste. Chop and brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Whisk till the egg mixture is an even light yellow color. Pour into the HOT skillet. Stir everything together till its cooked. Place it in the center of a flour tortilla, add a tablespoon of cheese and then roll up. Then microwave for 30 more seconds and it's ready to eat.
