Well, who doesn't want to quit doing something? You might be a smoker, or you might eat dozens of cupcakes when you're stressed out, or you keep biting your nails while nervous. It doesn't matter what your bad habit is, it is still a bad habit. But if you’re ready to finally quit something, here’s a short guide to doing just that.

Find a big motivation

Quitting things because it sounds nice is not a good idea: “It would be nice to quit drinking coffee five times in the morning.” Because that’s a really weak motivation. What you want is strong motivation: I want to quit smoking because I know it's killing me. Find your Why, and make it the main reason you quit. Write it down at the place you will see every single day.
