What is your biggest weakness that's really a weakness, and not a secret strength?
I am extremely impatient. I expect my employees to prove themselves right ahead, on the very first assignment. If they fail or do something not the way I was expecting, I have a bad habit to stop delegating to them and start doing everything myself. However, I realize this is a weakness and I have started to explain to my team what exactly I expect from them.
